Gregory Levey, a
columnist for
Salon.com, spins a good yarn about his time working for the Israeli government as a speechwriter in his book "
Shut Up, I'm Talking: And Other Diplomacy Lessons I Learned in the Israeli Government". He gives a great view of the other side of politics and diplomacy, and tells a couple of
really funny stories. I was a bit jealous of his experiences, though not so much when he described daily life in Tel Aviv.
